With the May Day meet drawing ever closer the team are busy practicing and preparing for this wonderful event. We now have the earth/bin oven constructed and gave it a try out over the weekend, whilst trialing some wild food recipes. Steve(Badger) made some Garlic bread with Ramsons (Allium ursinum)(also known as buckrams, wild garlic, broad-leaved garlic, wood garlic, sremus or bear's garlic) and baked it in the oven.
